and FLOURISH.

Over five beautifully curated days, you’ll experience the healing power of functional nutrition, nature, movement, and deep rest ~ designed to guide you home to your most energised, inspired, and clear self.

Can you imagine this feeling? Come and experience it for yourself.

🧠💫 Designed to Reset your Gut and Nervous System

Your gut is at the core of your entire well-being - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

When it’s out of balance, so is everything else.

This retreat targets the root causes of inflammation, stress, fatigue, and digestive dysfunction using

a holistic, science-based approach.

The gut is often referred to as our "second brain," as it communicates with our actual brain in a bi-directional manner.

A lot of this communication happens via the vagus nerve, an important communication pathway that

influences the gut microbiome, the brain, and our behaviours.

🤍

Why Attend This Retreat?

Your gut is at the core of your overall well-being, affecting everything from digestion to mood, energy levels,

and brain function. Stress, food sensitivities, and modern lifestyles can wreak havoc on gut health,

leading to inflammation, fatigue, and digestive distress.

This retreat is a holistic and science-backed reset, giving you the tools to Flourish and the support you

need for lasting gut-brain harmony.

 ~

🤍

Chronic stress can exert huge negative consequences on our personal and professional lives,

and too much stress can be extremely detrimental to our health, and particularly our gut health.

Increasing our vagal tone (vagus nerve activity) helps to reduce cortisol (our stress hormone),

suppress inflammation, supports immune resilience, and greater stress resistance

while helping to control anxiety and depression, and having a beneficial impact on our gut health.

The FLOURISH Reset Retreat targets the root causes of inflammation, stress, fatigue, and digestive dysfunction using a holistic, science-based approach.

We’ll help you gently unravel the blockages in your health and empower you with the tools to support yourself long after the retreat ends.

Meet The Team

Helen Ross

Gut Health Nutritionist

BSc (Hons) mBANT CNHC

Hi, I'm Helen, a registered nutritionist and gut health specialist. I have run my own clinic and business,

The Well Life Lab, since 2017.

I'm also the author of the

The Simple Gut Reset Cookbook.

I specialise in gut health and digestive disorders, including IBS, gluten disorders, and food intolerances, often utilising an

anti-inflammatory diet.

Over the years, I have worked extensively on detox retreats, helping individuals reset their digestive health in immersive, supportive environments. I have also helped dozens of people reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and restore energy through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes with my 21-day cleanse group programme.

I'm looking forward to guiding you through a 3-day liquid fast (smoothies, soups, and cold-pressed vegetable juices) to allow your digestive system to rest and rejuvenate. And also to teach you some basic anti-inflammatory recipes that will keep your gut happy well beyond the retreat experience.

My passion for nutrition stems from my own struggles with persistent gut issues, which led me to explore holistic solutions, which included lifestyle adjustments.

I believe that true gut health requires daily stress management practices, balanced nutrition, and movement.

Through this approach, I have overcome my own symptoms and now help others achieve lasting wellness.

I love cooking and teaching others how to easily incorporate anti-inflammatory foods into their diets.

Nikki Hollas

Yoga Teacher

Iyengar Yoga Association

Hi, my name is Nikki, I come from Chelmsford in Essex. I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 17 years. Iyengar yoga is founded on the belief that yoga is accessible to everyone regardless of their physical condition or age.

With often the use of props and personalised adjustments, Iyengar Yoga makes the practice available to all, promoting healing, strength, balance and helping to quiet the mind.

I believe in teaching classes which are light-hearted, engaging, challenging and fun whilst also staying true to the art, science and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga.

I am so looking forward to getting to know you and teaching at this beautiful retreat where I will teach a gentle class in the morning where we will work on switching off the mind from all the external clutter to bring you back to your bodies and instilling a sense of peace and balance.

We will then continue this work in an evening class which will compose of gentle breath work and relaxation. Often students find they have the best sleep after!!

The type of Yoga we will do together will really compliment Helen’s work with working to cleanse, de-toxify and rejuvenate your whole being.

I look forward to working with you. Nikki

Nat Vallely

Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

Nat is a certified facilitator in Conscious Connected Breathwork, a transformative practice designed to stimulate the nervous system - particularly the vagus nerve. This technique is scientifically backed and fundamentally changes

how the body responds to stress.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a unique deep diaphragmatic breathing technique that helps to unlock stored emotions and experiences that shape our personality and behaviour. By actively engaging in this breathwork, you can access unconscious memories and beliefs, integrating them to prevent their continued influence on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Harie Graham

A Multi-Sensory Therapeutic Sound Journey

This deeply immersive experience will be led by Harie Graham from Rezenance; a fully insured & highly respected and trained practitioner in the field of Sound Therapy.

She will design a bespoke session to invite gentle, yet powerfully cleansing and restorative processes. The vibrations from the alchemy crystal singing bowls will help to rebalance our biological rhythms and energetically reset our system, whilst a sound massage bowl will be played directly on our body, allowing us to entrain with a beautiful sacral & root frequency, grounding us and helping us to find a place of deep relaxation, inner peace & internal harmony.
